Property Tax app for iPhone and iPad

The program is to facilitate the calculation of tax and fees from the upcoming sale of real estate prior to the transfer.
The program will include the calculation of income tax from the sale of property acquired by inheritance, and so that you can select, record selling price, appraisal price, acquired and selling date. The program will calculate the tax and charges that happen automatically.
